Meet Sheri
The heart behind Grounded by Truth.
Sheri is currently completing her Emotional Polarity Technique™ (EPT™) certification, blending decades of public service with a passion for helping others heal emotionally and spiritually. Her sessions are intuitive, heart-centered, and guided by compassion — creating a safe, nurturing space for transformation and peace.
With a Bachelor’s degree in History, a Master’s degree in Education, and over 28 years of service as a Senior Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), Sheri spent her career helping others find safety and justice in the outer world. Today, she’s devoted to helping people find peace within themselves.
Rooted in Resilience & Forgiveness
Born and raised in North Dakota as the youngest of six children, Sheri was raised by a single mother who modeled strength, honesty, and perseverance. At 50, Sheri met a sister she never knew she had — a powerful reminder that truth, healing, and connection can unfold at any stage of life.
“It’s never too late to heal, forgive, and grow.”
Her Approach
Sheri believes emotional healing begins with awareness and forgiveness. Through EPT™, she helps clients gently uncover what’s been holding them back and release it — so they can live more grounded, authentic, and free.
- Intuitive, heart-centered sessions
- Forgiveness-based techniques that respect your story
- Calm, conversational process — no need to relive trauma
- Supportive integration between sessions
Internship sessions available: special rate while Sheri completes certification.
Faith & Philosophy
While EPT™ is not religious in nature, Sheri’s personal philosophy honors God’s love and forgiveness as a guiding force for transformation. She believes that when we release judgment and embrace love, healing flows naturally — not just for ourselves, but for the world around us.
“Forgiveness is the bridge between where we’ve been and where we’re meant to go.”
Outside of Her Work
When she’s not with clients, Sheri loves time with family, nature walks, and continuing her own growth journey. She treasures meaningful conversations, laughter, and anything that helps people feel more connected — to themselves, to others, and to God.
